Do cats worry when left alone in the house with all they need to survive while owner is in hospital?
The home is the cats home allong with the owner who adopted him after he was found freezing in a blizzard. He has all the shots and medical attention and will be neutered tomorrow, he loves the house and has complete run of it, and, has his own exit/entrance to go into an outside shelter, where he can relax and get fresh air and watch the
squirrels and birds in the back yard.He is strictly a house cat and not allowed to run free outside, he has lots of toys and especially loves playing with 30 ping pong balls, and, gets lots of exercise running after them, batting them around the house.
it depends how long the owner is going to be gone for- they are independant for the most part but i wouldn't suggest keeping him alone for more than 2 days at the most. cats need to be fed, have their litter changed, have clean water and human contact. (especially if he's the only cat)
