How can I prevent Yahoo e-mail deletion (if I'm not the only owner of the address)?
We have created an e-mail address for all students of our faculty. Here, they can receive important information regarding the curricula etc. Is there any way by which we can prevent any of them from deleting (as a joke or out of malice) any e-mails?
If they all have access then they all have the
power to delete if they wish.
Only way to stop anything like that happening
is to have only one person a "Secretary" for
want of a better word.
