How much is an EGR fix cost for a Ford Diesel Powerstroke?
If its the 6.0 you'd have to have a shop determine if the egr valve has failed internaly or if it just needs new o-rings. If the valve is bad it won't be cheap. The valves i use on my international vt365s (whitch is the IH model for your 6.0) cost around $525 for the part. Its only held in by 2 bolts so labor isn't that bad for the replacement. This is a common problem for these motors and sadly enough not a cheep problem.
